The Finnish Real Estate Management Federation has 500 member real estate management companies and 22 member associations. This represents over two thirds of real estate management in Finland and covers 40,000 housing companies, which are home to a total of 1.5 million Finns.

Real estate management looks after the homes of 2.7 million people living in terraced houses and apartment buildings. Real estate management services are provided by 700 companies. The sector employs 2,500 real estate managers and altogether 5,000 employees.
