The purpose of the Finnish Real Estate Management Federation is to help real estate management to develop and create better facilities for future housing and living.

The goal of The Finnish Real Estate Management Federation’s work is to help real estate management to develop and create better facilities for future housing and living. This we do by listening to our members and offering inspiration, insight and services for improving expertise and business development, and by building networks that ensure the competency of real estate management in the future.

The Finnish Real Estate Management Federation has over 600 member real estate management companies and 23 member associations. This represents over two thirds of real estate management in Finland and covers 50,000 housing companies, which are home to a total of 2,7 million Finns.

What is Real Estate Management

Real estate management is an expert service which ensures that everyday life in residences goes well, living costs can be anticipated and repair projects go according to plan.

Real estate management looks after the homes of 2.7 million people living in terraced houses and apartment buildings. Real estate management services are provided by approximately 1,200 companies in Finland. The sector employs 2,500 real estate managers and altogether 5,000 employees.
